According to a report in the Tennessean, the Titans agreed to terms with former Buccaneers' QB Chris Simms on Tuesday.
Simms is expected to serve as backup to Kerry Collins for Sunday?s game against the Bengals.

Williams, Broncos Agree To Five-Year Deal
The Broncos and linebacker D.J. Williams have reached an agreement in principle on a five-year contract extension, according to Denver Post.
Williams, 26, would have been eligible for free agency after the season.
D.J. was the Denver's first-round pick in 2004 and led the team with 114 tackles while finishing third in the NFL defensive rookie of the year balloting.

The Texans have reportedly signed right tackle Eric Winston to a five-year deal worth $30 million, including $10 million in guarantees, according to ESPN.com.
Winston was a third-round pick in 2006 out of the University of Miami.
The 6-foot-5, 283-pounder played seven games as a rookie and 16 last season.
Anderson To Sign With Baltimore
Offensive tackle Willie Anderson confirmed on Thursday that he will sign a three-year contract with the Ravens, according to Baltimore Sun.
"I'm looking forward to coming in and fitting in and doing whatever I can to help this team," Anderson said. "I'm not trying to come in with an ego or anything, just coming in and trying to work hard and do my part. It's definitely exciting for me. It's a new challenge."
The three-year deal will be worth $11 million.
The Bengals released Anderson on Saturday after he lost his starting job in Cincinnati and refused to take a pay cut.
Raiders Agree To Terms On One-Year Deal With Lelie
The Raiders agreed to terms on a one-year deal with wide receiver Ashley Lelie on Monday in hopes that the former first-round pick can regain his form and help bolster an inexperienced position group, according to an Associated Press report.
